My name is Seiji Chonan.  My hobby is to exercise or enjoy the outdoors and nature.  Most weekends, I take part in Boy Scout activities or go to the mountains to walk around and enjoy the beauty of the alpine flowers.  Occasionally, I visit mountain streams to catch trout and char.  I admire to be a frontiersman since their life is always concerned with resourcefulness.  I think that people who live in cities should experience more of nature. To live it, you need to prepare yourself in advance for the difficulties that may arise.

I hope someday we’ll all be able to make it to the top of Mt. Fuji or Mt. Everest.  Of course, it is my sincere hope that we work well together to attain a good command of English.

週末はよく山を散策したり高山の美しい花を楽しみに行っています。

時々、渓流にマスやイワナを捕まえたりもします。

開拓者はいつも工夫に富んだ生活を送っているのでとても尊敬しています。

都市に住む人々にもたくさん自然に触れてもらいたいです。

そのような経験をするためには、前もって自分でこれから起こるかもしれない困難に準備する必要があります。

私はいつかみんなで富士山かエベレストの頂上に到達したいです。
