My thought

Kids are parent’s dream and parent’s future. Kids are sometimes adorable but they are mischievous. I’m the happiest person when I spend time with the kids.

Thank you, wonderful kids.

 

 My goals

1. Making an environment for kids to like English more.

2. Kids can communicate with native teachers without hesitation.

3. Helping kids to be an outgoing person and to talk to people from all over the world in English.

4. Giving kids opportunities to have fun through English.

5. Finding each student’s strength and praising them, but also to identifying their weaknesses to improve on them.

6. Making staff happy.

 

私の想い

子供は大人の「夢」であり、「未来」である。
子供は時に可愛らしく、時にやんちゃである。
その子供達と一緒に過ごせることは、私の一番の幸せである。
素晴らしい子供達よ、ありがとう。

 

私の目標

1. 子供達が英語を好きになる環境を提供する。

2. 子供達が外国人講師と意識せず、コミュニケーションがとれるようにする。

3. 子供達が自分から外国人に話かけられる自発性を育てる。

4. 子供達に感動の心を伝える。

5. 1人1人の子供の良いところを発見し、大いに褒め、さらに伸ばしてあげる。

6. 学院のスタッフが幸せになるように努める。
